It is important to always provide everyday cleaning, care and maintenance on your ceramic tiles in order for them to look their best. However, when it comes to thorough cleaning needs, ASE has a 6 step cleaning process that ensures your wall, floor or countertop tile and grout are as pretty as when first installed.

Our 6 step process will remove all the stubborn stains and years of build up that have taken place over the lifetime of your tile.

Our 6 Step Tile and Grout Cleaning Process

1. Pre-treat tile and grout with an Alakaline based degreasing solution. We allow the cleaner sit for 20 minutes so that all the soil, grease and other residues will loosen.
2. Power scrub surfaces with special surrogated brushes that agitate the grout lines and the tile surface. We then work to clean the edges and baseboards.
3. Turbo rinse the tile and grout by rinsing in pressure heated water. This captures and extracts the water, cleaning solutions and contaminants in one simple process. The entire process is controlled so there is no chance of applying too much water or getting other surfaces or areas wet.
4. Repeat process (Steps 1, 2 and 3 above) as needed with a Ph Restorative cleaner that works on staining, discoloration, grout haze and soap scum.
5. Speed dry/inspection works to remove any remaining water on the floor. We use high powered air movers to dry the tile and grout lines and then we inspect all surfaces for any other stained areas. If we find other stains, we then spot clean that particular area.
6. Grout Preservation System applies pigmented grout sealer that creates a waterproof barrier to prevent future stains. This also helps for providing easier routine maintenance.
